Events The Arts Office programmes performances and events on an annual basis in Fingal. Writing 3.0 is an annual writers’ festival. Spréacha is an annual International Children’s Festival and is organised in co-operation with Draíocht, as is Amharc Fhine Gall, an annual exhibition for professional artists living and working in the county. The Arts Office also programme high quality drawing workshops with professional Artists leading master classes for adults, and workshops for the younger audience in celebration of National Drawing Day.
